This time round the band beat 5 Seconds of Summer, First Aid Kit, The Black Keys, and The War on Drugs for the title.
In 2008, they also won Best International album for ‘Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace’.
2014 saw the release of their eighth studio album, ‘Sonic Highways’, which peaked at No. 2 on the UK Album Chart.
